This may surprise some people (considering that the games only been out for a few weeks), but theres already out there that make Fallout 4 even better. Some of them improve the texture quality or add extra details to the environment, some add extra characters and quests, and some even fix gameplay issues that were originally ignored by Bethesda. There are the other mods, the ones that make all the characters naked, or give all the female characters massive boobs. Though these are made for a very specific audience (.cough.
teenage boys.cough.), theres no denying that they do help make Fallout a sexier place to explore. Of course, Fallout isnt meant to be sexy, and in some instances these mods do somewhat spoil the atmosphere of the game, but if youre just looking for something to spice up your adventures then these are the mods for you. If youre sick and tired of spending all your time in the company of radiated mutants, ghouls and all the other toothless cannibals of the wasteland, here are 12 mods that make Fallout 4 way more steamy than you ever thought possible. Full Female Nude Mod Creator: Art-of-the-body I doubt this one really needs much explanation, the titles a bit of a giveaway. Fallout 4 Full Female Nude Mod does exactly what it says on the tin: it removes preset underwear from female characters rendering them completely naked. If youve ever wanted to know what its like to run around the wasteland in nothing but your birthday suit, then this is the mod for you.
Without going into too much detail, its pretty thorough in its articulation of the female form, so much so that everything youd expect to be there has been included. It really is the genuine experience.

I decided to take a break from Skyrim and fire up Fallout 4 again and I had a nearly perfect install until I installed one too many mods and busted it. Originally, I was going to use CBBE Ida body texture with the Valkyr face texture and use FSM body textures instead.
So, I was shuffling mods right around there when I started getting the CBBE dark face bug (deeply tanned face that doesn't match the rest of the skin and no eyebrows, etc). As I am going through all sorts of red herrings and 'fixes' for this issue, I decided to check here is there was a more current consensus on what causes it and how to fix it.
Sounds like you've got the notorious 'Brown Face Bug'. Fortunately for you, this is incredibly easy to fix, and to prevent in the future. The Brown Face is caused by having your plugin order different from your facegen install order. IE:Facegen Install Order:Lovely PiperUnique NPCsCustom Companions FO4Plugin Order:Unique NPCsCustom Companions FO4Lovely PiperThis is because the data from the facegen doesn't match with the data supplied to the game by the last esp referencing the NPCs in question. You can fix your NPCs by making sure you have your esps that reference NPCs in the same order as the facegen files installed for them. It's either the high res texture pack, or another mod.You mentioned that you were using Valkyr face texture which, IIRC, had TH Brows as a requirement (or if not, you might've downloaded it). Check to see if you have it as it's known to cause this issue. If you do, disable it and get Looksmenu + Looksmenu compendium.
It has TH Brows already built in -MINUS- the dark/brown face bug that it causes.————-Edit:You can also try saving then reloading. When I had TH Brows, save/reload helped fix it.But it happened fairly frequently - character sleeping, character using workshop, sometimes while just loading to a new area.
I finally got tired of it.I read around and found a post in a Nexus mod, someone also had the brown face issue. A player stated that TH Brows’ latest version/plugin had been causing it.
He linked an older version which I downloaded to overwrite any file from the latest version (that might still be left behind). Then, because it was already part of Looksmenu, I deactivated it.That did it for me and I haven’t encountered the issue since.TL;DRIf you have the latest TH Brows:. uninstall it (latest version). install an older version (1.2 IIRC). Optional: get Looksmenu and Looksmenu compendium if you’d like more customization options (already has TH Brows built in but does not cause the issue unlike having it as an active plugin). deactivate TH Brows (1.2). Check if issue persists (it shouldn’t, but if it does, save and reload and you should be fine).
This is absolutely not true.I actually had the same error. I knew my load order was correct, and so was my installation. It had to come from something.I did a painstaking search and found out (from a post from a random texture mod) - that TH Brows had caused the issue - specifically, the latest version of TH Brows. This post was from earlier this year mind you. What I did was uninstall the latest TH Brows. The issue persisted so I downloaded an older version (linked by the post I found); I installed that to overwrite any possible TH Brows file from the earlier install; then I deactivated it.The issue has been fixed for me after that. 'What I did was uninstall the latest TH Brows.
Format factory zip portable speaker. That's the territory of FreeStudio and other 'Free task Converter' developers.Format Factory and the like are intended for quick-and-dirty converting.
The issue persisted.' It persisted. Because the issue wasn't TH Brows. Whatever conclusion you came to about the source of your problem was incorrect, even if you happened to solve the problem by fiddling around randomly. As a mod creator, with a great deal of experience with custom companions and NPC overhauls, I can tell you with absolute certainty that the problem is caused by facegen that doesn't match the ESP. Thanks for the information.
Definitely something to digest. I was busy last night and this morning trying a rebuild with MO 2 to work since troubleshooting issues like these with it is so much simpler.
But no dice, the latest couple of versions of MO 2 are just too buggy. With NMM, is there a good way to tell when you might be mucking with the facegen order? Other than when updating anything with NPCs and face/body textures make notes of the ESP order and expect to have issues. I am assuming that outside the CK that you don't have much control over the Facegen Install Order.

Unless by 'Facegen Install Order' you mean the order in which you install any mods that affected NPC/PC faces. I believe, based on his previous reply - it’s a combination of:. mods that change the facegen of NPCs (ie. Lovely Piper/Cait/Curie, basically anything that can drastically change the appearance of your default companions). mods that add unique/new npcs (and therefore their own facegen). mods that add custom companions (and therefore their own facegen)Basically it would mean reorganizing several mods based on their installation order.
If you cannot remember it, then you’ll have to do a clean install, then reorganize them. If you’re using auto load order managers like LOOT, you’ll have to manually change them depending on their installation order.————-That’s why some suggestions such as seeing if you have TH Brows, or the Hi-Res Textures pack/Fix are worth checking because they’re fairly simple enough to do without trying to reinstall/reorganize a lot of things. For me, the TH Brows fix worked. You could also try pasting your load order to let other people see what might be causing the issue. I don’t think you understood what I meant. The issue existed, according to another player, because I had the latest version of TH brows.
Uninstalling it did not help at first because I did not follow step 2 - which was to install an OLDER version (again, as suggested by that player). As mentioned - it was to uninstall the latest version, install an older one, deactivate it - problem solved.—————-And, upon checking your previous post to the OP, you mentioned that Lovely Piper, and the load order + installation order of that mod (as well as custom companions/unique npcs) may be causing the issue.Thing is, in my particular experience, I did not have Lovely Piper or Unique NPCs at all. I did have several custom companions (10+) —- but here’s the thing though. If I were to reinstall those companions, that would effectively remove any progress with their quest lines, or even cause potential bugs/broken scripts. And if I were to change the load order depending on their installation order, I’d risk more issues since I’m 100% more comfortable letting LOOT take care of that (and even then, certain companions such as Ada2Wintermute need to be changed manually since LOOT will order it the wrong way).———My first point is - you mentioned to the OP that the solution is ”quite easy to solve”; it’s not. If you’re in the middle of a playthrough, changing load orders and reinstalling mods (esp. Companions and npcs) can be very risky. The second point is - my case is quite different from your scenario.
I did not have Lovely Piper nor Unique NPCs; I did have custom companions. Will this factor actually be enough to cause the issue? If it was - then a huge chunk of players (those who download custom companions with varying load ordere) should be affected by the issue, but the majority are not.My third point is that I simply followed the advice of another player who suggested that TH Brows caused it. I followed it, and, simple enough, it worked. No randomly fiddled around as you surmised. And finally - it’s strange that you’re even trying to argue the point when we don’t even know the OP’s specific case, and the mods he has.
We haven’t even gotten a response to see if he tried any workaround yet.————Edit:In any case, there is no point arguing. You started off with a strange attitude: ”This is absolutely not true”; then: ”whatever conclusion you came up with is incorrect”, “you’re fiddling around randomly.”; ending with ”I’m a mod creator with a great deal of experience.”I mean - you do realize there’s a way to state an opinion without sounding like an arrogant know-it-all, right? But like I said - I had a similar issue but with different mods/circumstances. I followed -someone else’s- advice. It worked for me.That’s why I’m suggesting it to the OP so that it can, potentially, help him. Nothing more, nothing less; and certainly not to argue with people.

And it looks like it the LooksMenu Customization Compendium mod was the culprit. Removed it and 99% of the presets load. Testing further and it was the THBrows that were packed with it.
(Although I think there were a couple of other items in the compendium that were acting strange.) Tried the standalone versions from the THBrows mod page and none of them work. The brows don't show up and if you load a character that is using one of them, you get the brown face. From looking at its mod page, it appears to be a known issue with it. Sadly, I don't think downgrading THBrows from 1.3 to 1.2 will help much as I rather not drop from a 2k to a 1k face texture. It's not like people are taking advantage of the new size yet, but I wonder what else that change would break.
And it looks like it the LooksMenu Customization Compendium mod was the culprit. Removed it and 99% of the presets load. I sat down and looked at various versions of the textures (original, high res and HD), experimented and found the cause of the problem and the fix.Originally, face details where comprised of three textures - a 1k diffuse map, a 1k normal map and a 512 specular map (the last two are optional based upon the type of detail). Either enough modders complained or Bethesda realized that a 512 specular map was way too small.

So they released an update in the high res texture pack. Now from looking at mods, people assumed that they would double the size of all of them. An example is TH Brows 1.3 update with a 2k diffuse map, a 2k normal map and a 1k specular map. There's just one problem - that isn't what Bethesda did. The actual update was to a 1k diffuse map, a 1k normal map and a 1k specular map. I checked the female head texture and found it followed the same pattern. I also tried using 2k diffuse map, a 2k normal map and a 2k specular map and it didn't work.
So, to avoid getting the brown face bug, your overlays must match the size of your face textures. For vanilla, it's 1k diffusemap, 1k normal map, 512 specular map.For high res, it's 1k diffusemap, 1k normal map, 1k specular map.For HD, it's 2k diffusemap, 2k normal map, 1k specular map.Technically, there are not a lot of HD mods out there so I don't see why they couldn't switch to 2k for everything.
Fallout 4 is a huge fan of character customization. You can change up from hair to lips. Heck, even jowls can be modified. But what about after you spend time out in the Wasteland with your character? What if you want their appearance to change in accordance with what they’ve experienced? Or maybe you just plain ol’ are sick of seeing the face you originally made.Luckily, there is also a plastic surgeon in Diamond City. Head on over there and look to the right of the center noodle shop.
Pay a visit to Doctor Sun. No, you’re not going to ask him to cure your rad poisoning; instead, inquire about facial reconstruction. He will then point you to the red door right next to his shack.
Go in and down the stairs will be Doctor Crocker who specializes in changing your face. There you have it! Look brand new thanks to this doc. Fallout 4.
The “Synths Revamped” Fallout 4 ModEntitled “Synths Revamped,” the mod was released just a few days ago and yet has already accrued almost 200 endorsements on, not to mention over 12,000 total downloads. The mod is the work of a modder who goes by Fuse00, who has posted several Fallout 4 face and body texture mods in the past. Apparently, Fuse00 was inspired to create the mod by the look of the androids in Detroit: Become Human. Synths Revamped includes entirely new face, body, eyes, and mouth 4K textures for the game’s synths. It even includes unique textures for some of the named synth characters; specifically, Nick Valentine and DIMA.
Fallout 4 Skin Texture Mod
Players are able to switch these named character textures on or off. In addition, players can optionally switch synths from human-style eyes to robotic, glowing blue eyes. Although the revamped synths aren’t quite as realistic as Detroit: Become Human’s androids, they’re certainly much more realistic than the ordinary synths.
Fallout 4 Face Textures
Although Nick Valentine and some of the generic synths still show signs of wear and tear, the revamped synths appear to be, on the whole, in much better condition. Nick Valentine’s textures even show signs of once having some form of synthetic skin; making him more closely resemble the highly realistic Detroit androids. Sadly, the mod does not give him the ability to perform coin tricks. Nevertheless, the mod is certainly impressive, and sure to give the synths in Fallout 4 a new lease of life.
(Idiomatically speaking, of course.).
